  The college of Engineering of Taipei Tech was founded in 1999 and now consists of six  departments (Departments of Civil Engineering, Molecular Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology, Materials & Mineral Resources, etc.) as well as more than 10 research centers.

  The College of Engineering has been always undertaken teaching and learning as its priority and devoting tremendous resources to meet the teachers' and students' needs in aim at helping students develop their professional skills and workplace leadership. Consolidating the strength and efforts of our faculty, staff, and students, the College of Engineering has constantly pursuing excellence in research. Many research labs made outstanding research achievements. Cherishing the value of school-enterprise collaboration, the College of Engineering reinforces the bonding with the industry by means of collaborative R&D programs as well as encouraging student internship and providing on-the-job training programs.

  Pursuing excellence in research, learning, and engagement, the College of Engineering undertakes the mission of fostering entrepreneurial talents and advancing a sustainable and thriving society across Taiwan and the world.
