In June 18th, the Chinese Union of Professional Civil Engineers Association member representative meeting was held in Taipei.

President Tsai (left) attended the meeting and presented the Outstanding Contribution Award in Civil Engineering Education to Yu-Chi Sung (right), Distinguished Professor of National Taipei University of Technology.
