Academic Exchange and International Recruitment at Mahidol University and KMUTT, Thailand

        In active response to the university's internationalization strategy and to strengthen global academic links, a delegation from the College, led by Dean Chi-Ching Kuo, conducted an academic visit and recruitment drive in Thailand from March 25 to 26, 2026.

       The delegation included faculty representatives from the Department of Civil Engineering, the Department of Molecular Science and Engineering, the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering, the Department of Chemical Engineering, and the Institute of Environmental Engineering. During the trip, the team visited two of Thailand’s premier institutions: Mahidol University and King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).

        The itinerary focused on deepening academic collaborations, recruiting elite international talent, and fostering cross-border scholarly exchange. This visit not only broadens the international perspectives of our faculty and students but also aims to establish substantive partnerships with top-tier Thai universities. By attracting high-potential international graduate students to pursue their studies here, the College continues to enhance its global influence and competitive edge.
