The school conducts online teaching on six days of 5/13, 19, 21, 25, 29, 30, etc. To help the full-time and part-time teachers of the College of Engineering to go online smoothly, Chen Zhenguang, the director of the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering, takes Microsoft Teams as an example. On the afternoon of the 8th, classes will be held in the electrified classroom of the Department of Materials and Materials to demonstrate the basic usage of Teams. At present, this demonstration process has also been recorded in Microsoft Stream to provide a reference for teaching staff and classmates. Interested teachers are welcome to contact Director Chen. As long as you provide the employee number, you can join as a member and watch the previous course in Teams Videos, and discuss the experience and methods used.

The most important thing for the day is that the model colleagues use the current school staff number or student number plus @cc.ntut.edu.tw as the login account. Since the school portal has been connected to Microsoft Office 365, the password of the school portal is The password for Teams; this account can also receive emails on the Outlook.com website. This action can not only help bring the list of students into the course but also require students to log in with the student ID before they can conveniently carry out the online roll call.

Another important point of the course is how to combine a large number of students with the list of students taking courses and Excel to quickly join the members of the Teams team (course). After this operation, the teacher can limit the members who participate in the course during the online teaching process and can use time-limited homework to achieve the effect equivalent to a roll call.

In addition to the basic operation procedures of Teams, the demonstration also demonstrates the use of tools such as selfie robots and whiteboards and provides colleagues select suitable audio and video tools to match online teaching.
